The company is located in an old 19th-century furnace in Fontaniva, a small town 60 kilometres from Venice. Established in 1979, Elite began its adventure with the design and manufacture of training rollers and bicycle carriers for cars. Elite immediately stood out for its marked tendency to export. To date, the marketing of Elite products is mainly abroad, and not only in Europe: the United States and Asia are also key markets for the Elite brand.
Elite believes a firm looking to the future in the development of new products must utilise experience, insight and experimentation in seeking new solutions and applications. Over the years Elite has introduced numerous innovations to the market, many of which have set new standards and are often imitated.
