Rodriguez seventh after TT test

Carlos Rodriguez secured a top 20 finish in the first time trial of the Tour de France. 

Rodriguez finished 17th on the 25.3km course to Gevrey-Chambertin, which was won by Remco Evenepoel (Soudal Quickstep). 

The result moves him down a place on GC to seventh overall (+2:31) with two more stages of racing before Monday's rest day.

Elsewhere, Egan Bernal slips to 12th overall after finishing 2:16 behind Evenepoel in the time trial.
