Position: Head of Performance Operations

After two stints as an intern with the team, Clement gained a much-deserved full-time role at the end of 2018 and has grown with the team ever since. The Frenchman now works amongst the performance team and the race operations team as Head of Performance Operations.

The wide remit of performance also involves looking after our Service Course, Equipment, Clothing and Vehicles.
